Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission files are in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word format.
- The abstract includes the title of the communication, objectives, methodology, results and conclusions of the study.
- The text is single spaced and has 12 point Times New Roman font. The abstract does not exceed 400 words (references, in APA style, are not counted).
- A maximum of 5 key words are included.

A version without personal data, following the template provided on the AESLA website ("AESLA proposal template"), has been included for blind peer review.

The template available on the AESLA website has been followed.
NOTICE: Proposals that do not adhere to this template will not be considered. - The title has been placed at the top and center of the page where the text begins, using 14-point Times New Roman font. Only the first letter of the first word and all other significant words (nouns, adjectives, verbs, and adverbs), as well as proper nouns, have been capitalized. A period after titles has not been used.
- In the case of posters, the characteristics are as follows: portrait orientation and A3 size (29.7 x 42 cm).
- It has been indicated whether the proposal is submitted for evaluation as an oral presentation, poster, or round table.
